Our ambition is to change the fundamentals in the market, improving the supply of affordable, good quality housing through forward funding and direct development solutions, making all tenures from private housing to social housing more accessible to all workers.
What we do
We are committed to making a difference to the increasingly challenged affordable housing market, through intelligent and innovative property investment solutions, delivering truly affordable socially responsible housing. Through established relationships with Development Partners, Institutions, Housing Associations and Local Authorities we are seeking to invest in: Single residential blocks, either Off plan or forward funded. Invest in Un-sold units in premium developments. Purpose built PRS projects and or Occupied income yielding blocks.
